This weekend I tried out my new 50mm 1.8 lens on this darling boy.

What a cutie-pie! He was precious blowing bubbles. I couldn't get enough of those beautiful eyes and blonde locks. The perfect way to spend a Sunday afternoon.

He was so cute in his spring outfit - ready for Easter.

But being a little boy, he couldn't wait to change into his t-shirt and "basketball shorts." He actually knew what that meant and Mommy and Daddy used it as motivation to get the last few pictures. "You wanna put on your basket ball shorts? Okay then look at the camera and smile!" lol. And he did!

It was too cute!

And he couldn't wait.

It's the simple things, like blowing bubbles...and basketball shorts, that bring the purest joy.
